Her passion for Chinese Medicine ignited many years ago and has since blossomed into a holistic approach to healing that incorporates a variety of complementary modalities. Over the years, Rachel has expanded her expertise to include Thai detox, Lomi-Lomi massage, Craniosacral therapy, and Ayurvedic healing techniques, blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic practices to support her patients' health and well-being.
Rachel specializes in fertility & reproductive support while also addressing a broad spectrum of health concerns. She takes a comprehensive and personalized approach to treatment, incorporating Bach flower remedies, Japanese acupuncture techniques, and targeted fertility and prenatal massage into her therapies. INITIAL ACUPUNCTURE SESSION W/ RACHEL (NEW PATIENTS):
This 60–90 minute session includes a comprehensive health intake, Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis, and your first acupuncture treatment. Rachel will review your full health history, assess your pulse and tongue, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your fertility, hormonal health, stress, or general well-being. You’ll leave feeling supported, grounded, and with a clear path forward.
FOLLOW UP ACUPUNCTURE SESSION W/ RACHEL (EXISTING PATIENTS):
This 60-minute session is designed to build upon your initial treatment and continue supporting your body’s natural healing process. Rachel will check in on your progress, assess any changes in your symptoms or overall well-being, and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Each session includes pulse and tongue diagnosis, individualized acupuncture, and recommendations to support your ongoing fertility or wellness journey.
FERTILITY MASSAGE WITH RACHEL:
Specialized therapeutic massage designed to rejuvenate the reproductive system and deeply restore bodily tissues. Abdominal and pelvic massage increases circulation to the reproductive area, increasing vitality to the entire reproductive system including the uterus and ovaries. Craniosacral therapy techniques reset the body into a state of healing and restoration and release unknown restrictions in the body. A foot reflexology treatment stimulates the reproductive and glandular zones. Regular sessions will ease an over-anxious mind when trying to conceive, create a stronger connection with your body and invoke an overall deeper sense of well-being.
