Michelle’s initial appointments are always virtual and include a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle, and fertility goals. This in-depth assessment allows her to create a personalized treatment plan that may include dietary guidance, supplements, herbal support when appropriate, and lifestyle and mindset recommendations. Michelle also offers functional testing options, which you can explore below. If you choose a functional testing package with a consultation, it will count as your initial appointment with Michelle.

Schedule a Combo The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® Mayan Abdominal Massage with Michelle

This session pairs The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® with acupuncture in one visit. The abdominal work is a gentle, external massage that supports healthy positioning of the uterus, improves blood and lymph flow to the pelvis, and releases tension the belly tends to hold. Acupuncture builds on that, helping regulate the cycle and calm the nervous system.

It is a good fit if you are working on balancing your cycle, preparing for IVF or IUI, recovering after a loss, or simply wanting to reconnect with your body.

Your first combo session runs up to 90 minutes and includes a review of your health history, the hands-on abdominal work, acupuncture, and a simple self-care massage to continue at home. Please let Michelle know when booking if you are menstruating, pregnant, or have had abdominal surgery in the past six months, as the abdominal work may need to be adjusted. Abdominal therapy without acupuncture is also available separately.
