Sofia Cueto, AP, L.Ac
Born and raised in Miami, Sofia Cueto's journey began with a college education in Economics and International Relations, which led to a five-year career in Corporate Finance at a major financial institution in Charlotte, NC. During this time, her passion for yoga and natural medicine took root, inspiring her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others enhance their longevity and wellbeing.
In 2012, Sofia returned to her hometown of Miami to further her education, earning a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine and a second Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science. She also became a certified yoga instructor, blending her expertise in holistic practices with her dedication to wellness.
Now a licensed acupuncture physician, fitness instructor, and holistic health coach, Sofia serves the South Florida community with a focus on fertility, pain management, and mental health. Her mission is to empower individuals to achieve balance and vitality through integrative and personalized care.
INITIAL ACUPUNCTURE SESSION W/ SOFIA (NEW PATIENTS):
This 60–90 minute session includes a comprehensive health intake, Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis, and your first acupuncture treatment. Sofia will review your full health history, assess your pulse and tongue, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your fertility, hormonal health, stress, or general well-being. You’ll leave feeling supported, grounded, and with a clear path forward.
FOLLOW UP ACUPUNCTURE SESSION W/ SOFIA (EXISTING PATIENTS):
This 60-minute session is designed to build upon your initial treatment and continue supporting your body’s natural healing process. Sofia will check in on your progress, assess any changes in your symptoms or overall well-being, and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Each session includes pulse and tongue diagnosis, individualized acupuncture, and recommendations to support your ongoing fertility or wellness journey.
