Step 1: De-stress your body: Lavender, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Ylang ylang, Clary sage
Step 2: Reduce toxic load: Lemon, Grapefruit, Wild Orange, Frankinsense, Eucalyptus
Love your liver blend: In 5 ml roller ball with base carrier oil (5 drops geranium, 5 drops Frankincense, 3 drops Ginger, 3 drops Grapefruit, 2 drops Rosemary)
Step 3: Support gut – eat foods such as fiber, fermented foods.
Oils: Peppermint, Lemon, Ginger, Fennel
Step 4: Hormone balance – enhanced fertility blend: 10 ml roller with carrier oil
12 drops Clary sage, 10 drops Geranium, 8 drops Sweet fennel, 5 drops Lavender, 5 drops Bergamot
