EP 214 Finding Peace on the Fertility Journey by Connecting to the Rhythms of Nature | Allison Ramsey

Allison Ramsey is an infertility survivor and licensed psychotherapist. With degrees in environmental education and psychology, she helps women call in the wisdom of nature to go from spiraling to thriving while trying to conceive.

Allison is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and specializes in working with women throughout their reproductive journey to reintegrate the joys they experienced before TTC. Over the last decade, Allison has helped hundreds of women find the acceptance and peace of mind necessary to love life while experiencing reproductive hurdles.

She is the founder of Bloom, a six week online course with group support for women trying to conceive. Through increased time outdoors, she helps women reconnect to the patterns of nature that are as hardwired in one’s psyche as reproduction itself. The pain of struggling to conceive is too big for four walls. Allison’s program encourages women to escape their conventional day-to-day stressors and remember that reproduction is a natural process. Allison believes nature can remind us that the journey to conception, though sometimes slow, can be as beautiful as the desired outcome.
