Ep 408: How Energy Shapes Fertility: Bioenergetics, Structured Water, and Healing at the Source
Episode Description
What if the missing piece in your healing is not another protocol, but energy itself? In this episode, Michelle sits down with Harry Massey, founder and CEO of Energy4Life and a pioneer in the field of bioenergetics. After a series of climbing accidents left Harry bedridden for nearly a decade, he discovered that Western, holistic, and functional medicine all fell short. His recovery began only when he started studying energy in living systems, the same life force Chinese medicine has called qi for thousands of years.
Together they explore how the body works like a battery that needs more energy in reserve than it spends, why that matters so deeply for fertility, and how light, breath, structured water, and the fascia all carry information that shapes our health. This is a grounding and expansive look at healing from the level most medicine never reaches, and a reminder that the body is intelligent, not broken.
Key Takeaways
The body runs like a battery. When more energy is going out than coming in, it shifts into survival, and conception becomes a low priority for a body that does not feel safe or resourced.
Bioenergetics is the study of energy and information in living systems, and much of what it describes overlaps beautifully with the Chinese medicine understanding of qi.
A healing response is not the same as getting sick. It is short lived, usually passing in a couple of days, and it reflects the body recognizing and clearing what was already there.
Information and fields, not chemistry alone, coordinate the trillions of cellular operations that keep us alive every second.
Structured water and the fascia form a communication network in the body, which helps explain why acupuncture and energy work can create such rapid shifts.

[00:00:00] Episode number 408 of the Wholesome Fertility Podcast. Welcome back to the Wholesome Fertility Podcast. I'm your host, Michelle Wurbitz, and today's conversation is one of my favorites because it goes right to the heart of something I talk about all the time in my work, which is energy, or you might wanna call it qi.
My guest is Harry Massey. Harry's story is remarkable, actually. After a series of climbing accidents in his 20s left him bedridden for nearly a decade, he found himself in a place a lot of my clients know very well. He had tried everything: Western medicine, holistic approaches, functional medicine, and nothing was giving him answers.
So he turned to physics. He started by studying bioenergetics, the science of energy in living systems, and that path didn't just help him heal. It became his life's mission. Today, Harry is the founder and CEO of Energy for Life, [00:01:00] and the mind behind a whole world of bioenergetic technology, including the MyHealth device, the bioenergetic voice scan, and a wearable that reads and supports the body's energy in real time.
He's also a best-selling author and filmmaker. In this episode, we get into what bioenergetics actually is, how the body works like a battery that needs more energy coming in than going out, and why that matters so much for fertility. If you're someone who has always felt that there was more to healing than just the physical body alone, I think this one is going to resonate deeply.
As an acupuncturist, so much of what Harry shares lines up really well with what Chinese medicine has understood about qi for thousands of years. You will definitely gain so much value out of this, so let's dive in.[00:02:00]
Welcome to the Wholesome Fertility Podcast. I'm Michelle, a fertility acupuncturist here to provide you with resources on how to create a wholesome approach to your fertility journey
MICHELLE: Welcome to the podcast, Harry. So happy to have you
HARRY: Thank you. It's great to be here
MICHELLE: Yeah, I'm excited to dive in. ~~Um, ~~sounds like you have some interesting-- well, an interesting journey, first of all. ~~Uh,~~ I think a lot of us that go into healing have our own story that inspired us to do that. I'm excited to dive in. ~~Um,~~ before we get started, I'd love to hear your story, your origin story, and really what got you into the work that you're doing.
HARRY: I, ~~you know,~~ so when I was 21, I had all of these climbing accidents that led me to be being bedridden for eight years. And, ~~you know,~~ I was initially climbing in Scotland, and ice is very brittle. I f- fell off, fractured my spine. ~~Um,~~ a [00:03:00] year or so later, I went out to the French Alps, but this time, ~~uh,~~ this time it wa- I didn't fall, but I basically got a fever while I was climbing, and that turned out to be like gla- glandular fever, and I had s- ended up with all this post-viral fatigue.
And then, ~~uh,~~ I went back to university and ~~sort of~~ got extreme... ~~Well,~~ I was getting more and more exhausted and ended up, ~~well, ~~long story short, I ended up bedridden for about eight years from that
MICHELLE: Wow.~~ So, uh, ~~was it because of exhaustion? Like what other symptoms were you having?
HARRY: ~~Um, you know,~~ all sorts of things. But, ~~uh, well,~~ A, I'd fra- A, I'd fractured my spine, so I was in a lot of pain all the time. ~~Uh,~~ I, ~~uh, ~~but I'd come out as, as gay, which was the fir- which was the third incident that I didn't, that I didn't get into, but, ~~um,~~ in front of 100 people or so.
MICHELLE: Oh, wow
HARRY: so there was a lot [00:04:00] of emotional stuff with that.
~~Um, ~~but the actual, yeah, they call it the actual symptoms, ~~um,~~ all the ~~brain,~~ brain fatigue. ~~Um,~~ but I actually ended up ex- so weak. I was, like, living on, ~~um, well,~~ I was, like, living on I- IVs, honestly, at the time.~~ At the time, I c-~~
MICHELLE: Wow
HARRY: I couldn't retain, I couldn't retain minerals. ~~Um, ~~but turns out I had Addison's, but ~~it wasn't,~~ it wasn't diagnosed.
It w- it wasn't diagnosed for a decade, actually. Yeah, it wasn't diagnosed for... ~~But, ~~but I ha- but I've managed to, but I managed to overcome that and get all my adrenal function back in the end.
MICHELLE: So tell us how you figured that out, like how to get yourself back into balance
HARRY: ~~So, you know,~~ after a few years of doing all of the-- I, I'll just call it the normal holi- holistic functional medicine nutritional approaches, but ~~I,~~ I wasn't getting anywhere. So basically realized that I wasn't able to manage my energy or really understand [00:05:00] where energy came from. So I started looking into the field of bioenergetics, which is the study of energy in living systems.
And from that, I met a scientist called Professor Peter Fraser, who'd been mapping out the energy and information of the human body. And, ~~um,~~ he ended up making, I don't know if this is on video or audio, but these things called in-in-infaceuticals. And, ~~um,~~ so ~~he, ~~he started giving me an infaceutical, which is basically an informational blueprint that will help trigger the body's healing response.
And from that, ~~uh, well, ~~like the first one I took, first one I-- first one I took was a correction to those group, ~~uh,~~ group of viruses ~~that, ~~that I had. And I got a- an initial fever for two or three days, ~~um, ~~basically that day, actually that day. So ~~I, you know, ~~I knew I hadn't got the flu. It was [00:06:00] basically a response from the remedy.
MICHELLE: So it's almost like a healing crisis response
HARRY: Yeah. Yeah. It's slightly d- ~~like ~~when you catch a flu or something, ~~you, you know, ~~it'll go on for five, ~~you know, ~~five, six, seven days. ~~Um,~~ it'll heal. When you get a healing response, it generally only lasts t- two or three days, and that's just the body, ~~um, ~~it's the body creating an immune response that is suddenly able to recognize,~~ to,~~ to recognize the bugs that, that, that are inside you.
~~It, ~~it's not like you're catching something, it's something that's already there.~~ Uh,~~ so yeah, it's a lot shorter. ~~Um,~~ that was the first. Then we had, ~~uh, ~~there was one called emotional stress release. So at that time I was like very wired but very-- but tired at the same time, and I just became tired. The wiredness went.
~~Um,~~ so because of that, I was able to recover my, ~~you know, ~~recover my energy. ~~Um,~~ God, there's all sorts of examples. The first time I took, it's one of our r- ~~well,~~ we call them energetic integrators, but broadly speaking, they're related [00:07:00] to, ~~um... Well, you know,~~ broadly speaking, they're, ~~they,~~ they basically correct ~~the terrain,~~ the terrain of the body from different genetic damage.
And so I took one of those and where I'd had an MMR vaccine, a huge boil came out right in that spot, ~~um, and went, ~~and went away. ~~Um,~~ yeah, I was-- There's one called heart driver, so I got a lot of heat over my chest for, I think it was about 20 minutes, but then went away. ~~Um, ~~so yeah, too many examples. ~~I mean,~~ there were 10 years of these things 10 years of these things.
Yeah.
MICHELLE: That's cool. ~~Um, so, you know, ~~it's interesting as you were talking about the, the flu, ~~um, ~~I, I've been to many Dr. Joe Dispenza retreats, and I had in my first-- After my first one, I had the Dispenza flu, which is ~~kind of like, uh,~~ something that people talk about. It's like ~~your,~~ your energy gets so upgraded from that exposure to like meditation amongst~~ like ~~1,800 people, and really having that week long with all the meditations and everything. ~~And I,~~ and I was like, [00:08:00] I just knew, I'm like, "Nah, this can't be something..."~~ Like,~~ I just had a feeling that
HARRY: W- was it relatively short?
MICHELLE: It was short, yeah. It's a couple of days
HARRY: That, yeah, that's the difference.
MICHELLE: Yeah, I felt like my body was just releasing so much muck. It was just like it was upgrading and it was just like shedding, ~~um,~~ a lot of stuff.
Everything was just coming out. And~~ I,~~ I found that really interesting, but I intuitively knew that it wasn't a normal flu. And then I-- And I was like, "I'm curious to see if there- other people have felt this." And then I start looking at it, and then I found out that there's something called the Dispenza flu.
HARRY: Oh, ~~yeah, ~~yeah. Yeah. ~~I mean, it's,~~ it's probably similar to~~ like ~~a Herxheimer reaction, but, ~~you know, ~~you
MICHELLE: What is that called?
HARRY: ~~Um,~~ we've got the Hering's law of cure, which basically says for every 12 month-- for every 12 months you have a disease, ~~you know,~~ it'll take a month,~~ um,~~ generally take a month to un-unwind.
~~Uh,~~ but when-- But the Heri- the Hering's law of disease... Oh, sorry, it's not the disease of cure. ~~Um,~~ it's [00:09:00] basically that you go-- you trace back in reverse order from the, from your original symptoms, and you d- you just go to a de- a, a deeper layer. But your body will initially experience those, those symptoms ~~for,~~ for a short period.
And, ~~you know, when,~~ when that happens, people get very, ~~you know, they get, ~~they get very worried 'cause you're like, "Oh no," and you're like, ~~like,~~ "This isn't helping. I've got worse." But actually it's-- No, no, that's, that's-- ~~It,~~ it's just that your body does have to reverse back through it to get better, unfortunately.
But
MICHELLE: It's interesting because, ~~uh,~~ I'm an acupuncturist, so ~~I,~~ I see that a lot in my work too. ~~Like ~~when we, ~~uh,~~ unlock, ~~you know, ~~energetics and ~~kind of like, uh,~~ imprints,~~ I guess,~~ in the body, and people just have this like release. And sometimes it's worrying because they're like, "What's happening?"~~ Like,~~ "I feel either exhausted..."
But it's short-lived, ~~you know?~~ They feel a little more tired. It's their body ~~kind of~~ wanting to go back into balance ~~and then,~~ and then they'll eventually feel a lot better. But it's so interesting how that happens. Like you almost awaken something that's ~~sort of~~ dormant in [00:10:00] the body and allow it to express itself, but it ~~kind of~~ just expresses itself to move through it, and then it fades out.
HARRY: ~~You know, ~~en-en-energy and information has to basically has to move. It has to move. ~~Well, and,~~ and also, ~~I mean, ~~another way of thinking about it, so in, ~~in our, ~~in our world, you've basically got an energy con-control system, and ~~the whole,~~ the whole sort of thesis behind it is you're wanting to make the energy in your body work more efficiently.
~~Um,~~ so a bit like that word you used earlier ~~of,~~ of an upgrade. But when you upgrade your control system, so suddenly, ~~um,~~ so sudden- so suddenly when you do that, if you look at a cellular level, the cell then has a different set of instructions. So ~~what, ~~what does the cell do? ~~Well, ~~all, ~~you know, where,~~ where it's like sort of resident viruses that haven't fully resolved or toxins et cetera, ~~um, ~~the cell then goes, "Okay, ~~well,~~ if I'm gonna operate more efficiently and properly like this, I have to [00:11:00] eject ~~and,~~ and correct, and basically correct and repair myself."
So in that process it push-- it, A, pushes out toxins. B, it'll make any, ~~um, you know,~~ it'll make any viral correct. I should probably explain ~~like, you know,~~ how a, ~~I guess,~~ how a virus, ~~um,~~ works. But, ~~you know, when, when,~~ when a virus invades your cell, it takes over your DNA and RNA mach-machinery to replicate~~ more,~~ more viruses.
So you're basically like de-detuning the cell. ~~Um, ~~and when you're upgrading the information and the control system of the body and the cell, ~~it, ~~it basically then re, it then re-corrects that. But yeah, in, in that process it, in that process it manifests symptoms
MICHELLE: So fascinating. ~~Um, ~~so for people listening and hearing about this for the first time, 'cause, ~~you know,~~ a lot of us know, a lot of us, ~~uh, ~~in this world, whether it's Chinese medicine, which also works with qi energetics, and, ~~um, ~~I think a lot of us know intuitively that there's just so much more that we can do to heal the body and, ~~um, you know,~~ that a lot [00:12:00] of our energy really makes a difference.
~~Like,~~ it's almost like we, we can fix the physical, but if we're not fixing the energetics, then it keeps coming back. And that's,~~ uh, ~~one of the reasons as a practitioner I ended up going back ~~and, ~~and studying also hypnotherapy because I believe there's a lot also in the subconscious mind. ~~Um,~~ but bioenergetics sounds so fascinating because I feel like it really ~~kind of ~~goes right to the core of the energetics of a person.
~~Um,~~ I'd love to talk about that and break it down because it is a concept that I don't think a lot of people are familiar with. So for people listening to it, they're gonna be like, "What is that?" So if we can explain it to them as easy as possible, it would be great.
HARRY: Yeah. ~~So, so,~~ so the term bioenergetics stands for the study, detection, and correction in living systems. ~~Uh,~~ there's a couple of sort of core principles. The first is that the body is basically an energy exchange system. The simplest to understand ~~is, ~~is f- is [00:13:00] food, basically carbohydrates ~~and, ~~and fats.
However, there's a lot of other sources of energy. ~~Uh, you know,~~ so the next sort of-- the next simple one is,~~ you know,~~ we're breathing in oxygen, and in a way, most of your energy is co- well, it's coming from the utilization of oxygen with those carbohydrates and fats, and that's what turns into ATP. But ATP is pretty fascinating in itself because that actually gets formed through an electron transfer chain, ~~um, ~~through, through what's called the Kre- the Krebs cycle.
But basically, how the whole of your energy in your body works is through transferring an electron from one place~~ to another, to another, ~~to another. And you want electrons to be able to move very freely through your mitochondria, through your cell, and in the end, through your whole body, and also actually outside of your body.
~~So,~~ so when we're getting into ~~how, ~~how it exchanges outside of your body, there's [00:14:00] food, there's oxygen, there's sunlight. ~~Um, ~~now a photon's ~~not, ~~not an electron, but the easiest way of thinking about it is in photosynthesis. When a photon hits the leaf, ~~um,~~ goes inside, ~~it, ~~it hits what's called struc- structured water with, with a magnesium molecule added in, ~~um,~~ and-- Sorry, an atom.
And when that happens, it'll spin out an electron, and that electron is basically, ~~you know, ~~what gives a plant the energy ~~to, ~~to grow. But in your body, it's, ~~uh,~~ similar-ish. It's not doing photosynthesis. However, when an electron hits structured water in the cell, ~~and, ~~and it does this through, ~~um,~~ like infrared and the ~~heat, ~~heat energy that's in the body, it will also spin out an electron and~~ add,~~ add extra, ~~uh,~~ add extra energy.
So you basically-- Your body gets electrons from the ground, although most of us wear shoes, so that's fairly minimal for most of [00:15:00] us. ~~Um,~~ there's the Earth's magnetic field. Again, it can be pretty minimal in cities, ~~uh, ~~but there is a lot of light unless you're always in- indoors. And then there's food, and then there's oxygen.
So they're your sources of energy. ~~Um, ~~the next principle is this idea that the body is like a, a big battery. ~~Um, ~~and If you imagine, so if you imagine you're bringing in~~ all of, ~~all of this energy and you're exchanging energy all the time with your environment In order for your body to heal, you want there to be more energy in reserve than there is, ~~um, ~~that-- than you're basically using.
So let's say a
MICHELLE: It's like~~ backup,~~ backup energy.
HARRY: little bit like embarrassingly six minutes late 'cause I was with my AIN engineer, and I didn't notice the time. I was like, "Oh, whoops." ~~Um, ~~but, ~~um, ~~if you're ru-if you're running around, ~~you know, if, if,~~ if you're running around being [00:16:00] super busy,~~ you know,~~ let's say you're looking after your kids, you gotta do the-- gotta ~~cook, ~~cook their food, and you're running your podcast and, ~~you know, you, ~~you're seeing your patients with acupuncture, et cetera, et cetera.
~~Um,~~ if you're burning up more energy than you're bringing in each day, your body battery is gonna start ~~draining, draining,~~ draining. And at a certain point, it gets ~~sort of~~ too low to repair itself properly, and I think it's ~~really, ~~really low. That's when, ~~you know,~~ major diseases and especially cancer, ~~you know,~~ ultimately cancer is when your-- the voltage in your cells becomes so low, each cell doesn't know that the next door cell is there.
And when it doesn't know it's there, what it does is basically replicate, and it just creates more cells because that's the survival mechanism of the cell. So you know that the ultimate of low cellular energy is cancer, and then there's different diseases, and then there's symptoms of just, you know, feeling drained, et cetera.
Then there's feeling normal, and if you're a performance [00:17:00] athlete, you have it, ~~well, you know,~~ you might have excess e-energy 'cause everything is~~ so,~~ so efficient ~~and, ~~and optimized. ~~So, you know, ~~from a healing point of view, we just wanna make sure that how your energy's used in the body is as efficient as it can be.
Then we get to the third thing, which is optimizing your body's ~~energy,~~ energy control system. ~~Um,~~ and ~~we,~~ we do that through-- We basically do that through upgrading the operating instructions, if you like, or i-or information. You can do that in ~~many,~~ many ways. You can use, ~~uh,~~ an infosutical, which is information that's been imprinted in, into, ~~uh, ~~into basic mineral water.
You can use a wearable that'll send a signal into your body. You could use an electromagnetic, ~~um,~~ device, like we have one~~ called a,~~ called a MyHealth.
~~Um,~~ and I guess-- And that-- this concept of information and fields is probably f- ~~you know, well,~~ it is foreign to a lot of people. But the short version [00:18:00] is,~~ you know, ~~when you're looking at a cell, it has receptors for chemistry and chemicals, ~~um,~~ but it also has receptors for photons And magnetic fields and in, in the end, like just ~~raw,~~ raw information, and that, that's as effective.
Actually, to be honest,~~ it's more,~~ it's more effective than a chemical. It's just a little bit, it's a little bit different. Like a chemical is a ~~very, ~~very ~~sort of... ~~Chemicals have pros and cons. Like the, ~~you know, the, ~~the pros, they're very strong. ~~Um, ~~it's the pro- ~~uh,~~ the unfortunate cons of a chemical is ~~they,~~ they also have a lot of side effects, but they also have a lot of second-order effects.
~~So, um,~~ so honestly why, I don't know if you prescribe Chinese herbs, but I like Chinese herbs because they consider all of the different sort of second-order effects, ~~um,~~
MICHELLE: They also have intact. I think~~ that~~ that's, ~~uh,~~ that's always the big thing 'cause, like, when you take something ~~and,~~ and ~~kind of ~~extract just the chemical, it doesn't have the intelligence. ~~Um,~~ the DNA of the plant still communicates with our [00:19:00] DNA, which is ~~kind of ~~interesting. That's why I love herbs.
HARRY: Oh, yeah. ~~Yep,~~ yep, yep. ~~Um,~~ but yeah, 'cause they can basically have ~~like, ~~like if you take turmeric in isolation ~~for,~~ for a male, it'll, ~~uh, ~~like if you take it for four days, it'll lower their testosterone by 30%. But it, it-- ~~You know, ~~so that's a second order effect that you wouldn't wanna take it on a regular basis.
But, ~~you know, if you,~~ if you ate something that inflamed you,~~ um, ~~you injure yourself, et cetera, as a temporary thing to take to reduce inflammation, ~~it, it's,~~ it's great. ~~Um, ~~but ~~in our, ~~in our world, if you don't use a chemical, if you just use a raw signal or the raw information, you can basically upgrade the body's operating system, ~~you know, without, ~~without getting into all, all the, all those other effects ~~that,~~ that come from a, that come from a molecule.
~~So,~~ but
MICHELLE: so interesting
HARRY: yeah. And actually ~~I'll, ~~I'll explain one-- I guess I'll explain one more thing about ~~sort of,~~ about these different control systems in the body. But [00:20:00] for example, ~~like, you know, ~~when you-- let's say you eat a pharmaceutical or a supplement ~~or, ~~or food, et cetera, it takes quite a long time to digest, get processed by the liver, go into the blood, travel to that particular cell, and then,~~ you know, then,~~ then it basically goes and does its function.
~~Um,~~ now the body actually couldn't survive on that alone, because when you look at the body, there's 60 trillion cells. There's 3 trillion operations that happen every single second in every single, ~~um,~~ in every single cell. And all of those are being coordinated in real time to keep you alive, ~~even,~~ even just to keep your blood temperature perfect, ~~um, you know, let, ~~let alone any other function you can think of.
And from a field, like when you use information and fields, ~~well~~ it's not I say when you're using, we're all using them all the time. That system is so much more efficient and so much more fast that [00:21:00] it's the only reason you're alive.~~ Um, you know, ~~if che- chemicals alone ~~would not,~~ would not keep you alive.
~~Um,~~ and if you're wondering ~~why, ~~why it isn't so well known in medicine, ~~um, that's, ~~that's a relatively long backstory. ~~Um,~~ but in, ~~in the end ~~In the end, it's about 80 years ago, Rock- Rockefeller was looking-- They were looking for a new market for oil, and they were like, "Oh, we can make pharmaceuticals out of oil."
So they basically wanted to... ~~Well, ~~not wanted to, they did. They basically eliminated any physics ideas or energy ideas, ~~um, ~~out, out of medicine at the time. And, ~~you know,~~ by the time you do that for 80-plus years, all of the universities, the N- the NIH, ~~you know, um, the whole, ~~the whole system basically just became brainwashed ~~on a,~~ on a chemical-based system, and physics ideas in biology got basically, ~~well, ~~eliminated.
And ~~it's only, ~~it's only in the last few years that universities are opening their eyes to this and starting up research programs.[00:22:00]
MICHELLE: So fascinating. ~~Um,~~ what's interesting is Chinese medicine, a lot of what you were saying, ~~um,~~ really ~~kind of~~ in regards to qi, ~~um,~~ we get qi from food, we get qi from breathing, we get qi circulating and protecting our body. Like a lot of what you were saying
HARRY: Oh yeah,
MICHELLE: comes down to qi life force vitality. And it's funny 'cause sometimes I get very confused about even like the information that comes out on nutrition.
There's so much flip-flopping all over the place. Eat only this, do only this, and I... It gets very confusing, but then I think to myself, "Just go back to the ancients." I feel like ~~that ~~that is where, that's ~~sort of ~~your North Star because the ancients knew,~~ um,~~ and they talked about qi, they talked about, ~~um,~~ the spirit, ~~you know, ~~and the emotions, and all of it being part of the health.
~~You know, ~~it's not... Health is not just this
HARRY: the Ch-Chinese medicine is a perfect-- it's ~~sort of ~~a perfect map for looking, ~~you know, ~~for looking at healing ~~from a, ~~from a physics point of view. And, ~~you know, ~~just obviously ~~back,~~ back then [00:23:00] when ~~they,~~ they figured all of that out, they did-- well, they didn't have modern physics terms ~~to,~~ to describe it, and I think that's...
Yeah, and~~ you know,~~ pro- ~~well,~~ that probably hasn't helped, that probably hasn't helped explain it to ~~sort of~~ we- like Western medicine pra- practitioners. But yeah, they, ~~you know, Qi,~~
MICHELLE: So interesting. And
HARRY: Qi is a perfect concept really, 'cause it is, ~~it's, it's, it's ox-~~ it's ox- it's oxygen, blood, like nutrients. ~~It's, ~~it's, yeah, it's all about
MICHELLE: And it wants to move. It-- Just like what you said, it wants to move. ~~Um, ~~once you get it moving, that's when it's able to, ~~like,~~ support and nourish every part of your body ~~and, and~~ bring that, ~~um, ~~energy. And it's interesting because if you think about it, like a lot of, ~~um,~~ what people study when they're studying medicine conventionally is they look at cadavers, but that, that's ~~like ~~a mass devoid of qi
So it can only show you really the anatomy. What else could it really... ~~You know, ~~to actually study the energy and how that energy flows is really, I think, an aspect of health that, [00:24:00] like you said, has been completely ignored.
HARRY: Absolutely. Absolutely.
MICHELLE: So how do you or, ~~uh, ~~some of the de- devices ~~or, ~~or things that you've offered, how does that measure energy and how does that also imprint or shift and~~ kind of~~ give information or inform the body to correct
HARRY: ~~Um, ~~so basically, ~~you know, your body,~~ your body has what's called a body field. ~~Um,~~ and ~~it's,~~ it's relatively easy to interact with. ~~You know, ~~I'll give an- I'll give another concept. So like in, in medicine, you have like MRIs, ECGs, EKGs, et cetera. ~~All of, ~~all of those devices are basically picking up fields from the body.
But in Western medicine, they don't recognize ~~that ~~that field might actually be doing something that, ~~you know, ~~they're just using it diagnos- diagnostically.~~ Um, but that,~~ but that's act- ~~that's, ~~that's actually the body's energy control system or body field or some, ~~you know... I mean, ~~in a way, [00:25:00] I don't like the term aura, but an aura, if you like, is a bit like the exhaust sort of, ~~of it,~~ of it that you see on the outside of the body, but it's penetrating everywhere inside. And so really, it's just like, how do you interact with that? And fields, ~~you know,~~ there's a great Einstein quote. So he said, "The field is the sole governing force of the particle." ~~Um,~~ and what he meant by that is the only reason a particle is in its place or even exists... ~~He, ~~he's basically saying it doesn't exist.
~~Um, ~~but the field is basically holding the illusion of this particle in place, and ~~the same, ~~the same is true in your body. So you could say the body field is the sole governing force of life or your health. ~~Um,~~ and in short, all we need to do is interact with it. So for us, like we, we basically take-- we took the blueprint of the information of different organ systems, different meridians, ~~um,~~ even actually [00:26:00] the divergent meridians that in Chinese medicine as well, we use those too.
And we basically just put that information back in the body, and you can do it through a liquid remedy, which is~~ sort of like,~~ it's like an advance on homeopathy. ~~Um,~~ homeopathy uses indirect information, ~~you know, from,~~ from plant material, et cetera. ~~Um, ~~instead of doing that, we're just giving the direct instruction of those different organ systems and meridians. ~~Uh, ~~you can do it that way. We have a wearable that's~~ very,~~ very close ~~to, to, ~~to coming out, ~~um, ~~that will analyze, it'll analyze your Chinese pulse, tongue, face, wearable data, and then it'll directly give you the correct information to go back in your body. ~~Um,~~ we have another device called a MyHealth that's more, it's more for in...
It's a bit more powerful, so we use that for ~~like in-~~ for injuries and getting rid of pain. ~~Uh,~~ and I'm working on a
MICHELLE: And does that give, does that,~~ uh,~~ give off frequency to heal [00:27:00] or is it more diagnostic?
HARRY: Both. ~~Um, ~~actually both. Yeah, both. ~~So, um, ~~it has, has a PMF coil, has electromagnetic plates, has coherent laser. All of those will give you the right frequency, but ~~it, ~~it's not actually frequency that's the most important part, it's the information that sits on that frequency, which is similar to, ~~you know,~~ if I make ~~a phone,~~ a phone call and talk to you, it's-- it might be going out on 5.2 gigahertz, the call, ~~um,~~ that's frequency.
But my-- our conversation ~~is,~~ is information. So it's more~~ like, um,~~ it, it's actually the information that matters. ~~Um, ~~but ~~there, ~~there are more beneficial frequency, frequencies and ones that aren't so bene- beneficial. ~~Uh, ~~so we take all that into consideration. ~~But,~~ but it's the, it's actually the information that has ~~the, ~~the ~~restorative, ~~restorative effect.
~~Um, ~~and then the light bed, ~~you know, ~~that doesn't quite exist, that doesn't quite exist yet. I have a prototype in my garage, but it's not on the market. ~~Um,~~ but ~~in that,~~ in that world, we use [00:28:00] all the different wavelengths, and then we put the information in on the wavelength. ~~Um, ~~and you can just lie on it and have the most important parts of your body corrected during a 20-minute session.
~~Um, ~~but ~~we, ~~we only do about five things at once. If you do more than that, your body, it doesn't have enough energy and resources to do every, to do everything at once 'cause, ~~um, you know, ~~you would, ~~you know... ~~And if you try and do too much, it's~~ sort of ~~like doing nothing. So
MICHELLE: Yeah.
HARRY: You can do around five,
MICHELLE: it scatters the energy
HARRY: too scattered.
You can do around five things at once or,~~ you know, three,~~ three is a good number too.
MICHELLE: Yeah. Interesting. ~~Um,~~ and I just learned about Vega Austin. I'm trying to get her on the podcast. ~~Um, ~~how she studies water, 'cause I was always fascinated about that.
HARRY: I've been introduced to her. I've been introduced to her and I actually haven't spoken to her, but maybe, ~~um,~~ i- yeah, if you do speak to her, I'll-- I should have a call with her one day.
MICHELLE: ~~Yeah, ~~yeah. She's, ~~uh,~~ she's really fascinating. And I was always really intrigued [00:29:00] by Dr., ~~um,~~ Masaru Emoto. Emoto, ~~um, ~~I don't know if I...
HARRY: ~~I met, ~~I met him a few times,
MICHELLE: Oh, you did? Wow. ~~Um,~~ he had passed away, if people are listening, and, ~~um,~~ he's the guy who discovered the crystals in the water and, like, how vibration, how water really retains information
HARRY: Yeah, ~~we took, ~~we took our, we sent him our infaceuticals. ~~Uh, ~~some- somewhere in a file somewhere I've got the photos. But, ~~um,~~
MICHELLE: Oh, cool
HARRY: but yeah, in short, the... ~~Well,~~ actually we did, ~~well ~~the, we did one for our source energy infaceuticals, and~~ it, ~~it came back as an exact, ~~um,~~ hexagram, which was fascinating because, ~~um, ~~so structured water in the cell ends up as H3O2 ~~in this,~~ in ~~this hexagonal,~~ this hexagonal shape.
So yeah, that was, ~~you know, ~~I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but the photo came out good. But
MICHELLE: utilizing or ~~kind of ~~like using the frequency or the ener- energy in water and then seeing how that freezes or, ~~you know, ~~working with, ~~um, ~~Big [00:30:00] Austin maybe,~~ you know, ~~maybe there's
HARRY: Yeah, obviously ~~I should, I should, ~~I should send us some pharmaceuticals. That would be
MICHELLE: Yeah. That would be interesting.
~~Uh,~~ but it's fascinating because it shows that everything has consciousness.~~ I,~~ I just came back from Japan, and one of the things that I really... My biggest takeaway from being there and doing like a tea ceremony and also, ~~um,~~ having the opportunity to meditate with a Zen master, it was super cool. And he had talked with a translator, and like the whole idea really that came through was, is how everything is alive.
Like everything matters. And I think that in our normal,~~ I guess, ~~everyday conventional consciousness, we ~~sort of ~~walk by trees and don't pay attention to just like the life or the, the birds or, ~~you know, ~~there's things that are right in front of us that we just are so used to, and we ~~sort of ~~are-- we've become blind.
And I say by we, just the majority of people in general. Like it's just not part of our consciousness. And when I sat [00:31:00] down to do the tea ceremony, the whole idea was ~~kind of ~~to be here and now. ~~Um, ~~I don't remember which words they had presented, but there was like a phrase that was basically saying, ~~um, ~~to be here now, like kind of becoming more present with things and how ~~everything has,~~ everything has energy.
Like everything has life, and everything matters. And to, to spend time with everything, even like putting in a little matcha, ~~you know, ~~just that moment of just being super present and I thought that was so fascinating. And to think about how water has this whole world, and her work shows that, like that it actually reacts and not just reacts, but interprets and responds because, ~~um,~~ it'll respond to pictures, but it won't make it an exact image.
It has an interpretation of that image. And I just find it like just incredibly fascinating that there's just so much more aliveness around us than we acknowledge.
HARRY: Yeah. [00:32:00] Yeah. No, there is. Yeah. ~~Well, I mean, ~~in the end, all of reality ~~um,~~ is a bit, ~~you know, back, ~~back to Einstein. He has~~ like ~~four or three or four really famous quotes. ~~Um, ~~but, ~~you know,~~ one is the big one that E, E equals MC squared, where he's basically saying energy is matter. It's the same thing. The, the second one was the, say the field is the sole governing force of the particle, but what he's saying by that is ~~sort of~~ the same thing, but it's basically underneath everything there is ~~only, ~~only the field.
~~Um, that's,~~ that's actually what matters. ~~Um,~~ and ~~you know, ~~one- once, ~~once you go,~~ once you go down the rabbit hole of life, ~~um, ~~everything that happens ~~in,~~ in your life is really a fie- a field effect and, ~~you know, ~~your thoughts... Like when people think, ~~well,~~ you mentioned Joe Dispenza,~~ but you know,~~ when, ~~um, you know, ~~people talk about how thought, ~~you know, you, if you change your thoughts,~~ you'll change your life.
~~It, it,~~ it is, it's a deeper aspect than that, ~~um,~~ because ~~it can, ~~it can change time too. ~~It,~~ it can change time and [00:33:00] space, ~~um,~~ which is maybe far out for people, ~~um, but it, ~~but it gen- but ~~it,~~ it gen- it generally can.
MICHELLE: But science is proving it. That's the crazy thing is that science is actually proving it. It's just outside of our paradigm. We don't like change. I think people
HARRY: our whole s- our whole scan was based on some of those principles. ~~So, um,~~ God knows, I think it was 26 years ago now. ~~Um,~~ so I read-- ~~There's a,~~ there's a book called "The Field" by Lynne McTaggart, which, ~~you know,~~ if you're interested in all this, is worth reading. And one of those chapters describes Princeton University's studies, ~~um,~~ called the PEAR studies, and they looked at how different... They basically looked at how consciousness could influence random events. ~~Um,~~ without going into it all, I'll just describe the time part. ~~Um,~~ so you can do an experiment in the present moment, and ~~you, ~~you can basically influence the outcome of a random event around 56% of the time.~~ Um,~~ but they ran those experiments going forwards in time and backwards in time, meaning that they would have [00:34:00] the person predict six months ahead of the experiment.
They would do it in the present moment, but they would also have the person six months for-~~ you know, ~~forward after the experiment has hap- has happened, predict or not. Obviously, they're all blinded. ~~Um, ~~and so yeah, you can influence a random event backwards in time and forwards in time, and in the present
MICHELLE: who was the author again? What was the name?
HARRY: Oh, ~~um,~~ so it's the, ~~uh,~~ it's called the PEAR studies, P-E-A-R.
It stands for Prin- ~~um, ~~Princeton University's Anomalies Research. I can't remember what the E is, but the A is anomalies and the R is research.
MICHELLE: And who is the author of The Field, that wrote The Field?
HARRY: ~~Um, ~~yeah, the nicest way to read about it is just get Lyn McTaggart's book, "The Field."~~ Um,~~
MICHELLE: Okay. Just put the fields in
HARRY: And then, ~~um, ~~but that-- those experiments are interesting.
So I ran those experiments. ~~Um, well, ~~I read that and I was like, "Oh, I wonder if we could use it to predict things." ~~So, um,~~ I did it. So I ran an experiment to see if I could predict my age using randomness, [00:35:00] and I was able to. ~~Um, then, ~~then I actually drew a chessboard grid, ~~um,~~ but instead of black, white, black, white, I was like ~~black, black,~~ black, ~~white, ~~white, black, white, ~~you know.~~
So I just drew this grid randomly, and I wrote a computer program to, ~~uh, ~~basically black, white all of these little squares. And the computer program was able to predict what I drew on a piece of paper. ~~You know, there's~~ no cameras or anything. It was just all through randomness. And that was one in 68 million chances that it was able to do that.
And based on that, I was like, "Oh, I wonder if we could apply it to health." ~~Um, which,~~ which we did. ~~You know,~~ and actually that, that's, ~~you know, well, ~~I've had a company for 26 years that's been using one of those-- well, that type of principle. ~~I mean, ~~the-- we refined it a bit from that. ~~Um, ~~but it uses that principle ~~to, ~~to analyze people's health.
~~Um,~~ these days 'cause of AI, we've a- been able to combine a lot of AI stuff, so we can look at your tongue, face, voice, blood labs with AI. But we also combine it with that [00:36:00] quantum method, 'cause that quantum method gives insights to things that you can't do in any other way. ~~Um, ~~and when you combine it all, it's, oh, it's incredibly powerful.
~~Um,~~ that actually--~~ Well,~~ we use that in, in the app that I described earlier with our wearable.~~ It, it,~~ it uses all those techniques in that app, ~~um, ~~which, ~~you know,~~ is gonna be out, that's gonna be out in the market in a few weeks' time. So
MICHELLE: Oh, interesting.
HARRY: excited by that.
MICHELLE: the time this goes live
HARRY: what I was working on when I was late.
While I was late, I was so carried away with the, with all the maths behind it, ~~um,~~ that I lost track of time.
MICHELLE: Yeah. That's what happens with creatives, like people who just constantly have ideas, and I get, ~~uh, ~~sucked in all the time, so I get it. ~~Um, it's so,~~ it's so fascinating. So of course,~~ you know,~~ we're talking a lot about fertility health, and that is just so similar to what you were saying about how the body needs excess energy.
HARRY: the fertility podcast?
MICHELLE: Yeah, but it's all rele-~~ uh,~~ I think this is all rel- relevant [00:37:00] because... ~~Yeah, ~~yeah, but you were talking about energy and how the body needs extra energy, and it's very relevant to fertility because you are... Yeah.
HARRY: ~~Well,~~ yeah, if you don't have enough energy, ~~you can't, ~~you can't conceive, ~~like,~~ point blank. Yeah. The,
MICHELLE: Yeah. So you need that and
HARRY: ~~body, ~~the body will always preserve resources. And so if, yeah, if you don't have enough energy and resources available, the last thing the body is gonna do is bring a child into the world.
So
MICHELLE: Yeah. It wants to go into survival. It wants to survive. It's always gonna be number one for the body because that's emergency sources. We need to survive. We don't need to worry about anything else, and~~ that's, ~~that's what happens when you don't have other backup resources
HARRY: Yeah. ~~You know, ~~I've got a really weird fertility story. ~~So,~~
MICHELLE: Yeah. Bring 'em.
HARRY: so ~~in our, in~~ our office back in England years ago, ~~um,~~ so there were three, ~~um,~~ yeah, three, three, three women who were in our office who ~~all, ~~all wanted a baby. One of them had been trying to have a baby ~~for eight,~~ for [00:38:00] eight years, ~~you know, ~~been through every IVF, et cetera.
And then my cousin went-- who's a sculptor, he made this huge egg, and we put it right in the middle of the office. I kid you not, within, within three months, all three were pregnant.
MICHELLE: Wow.
HARRY: ~~Um,~~ and ~~so, you know, ~~that's basically ~~the information and ~~the information and
MICHELLE: ~~Kind of ~~like that
HARRY: the energy of fertility was just right there, and it happened.
~~So,~~
MICHELLE: I should paint something like that and put it in the office
HARRY: ~~mean,~~ it's a bit of a random story, but, ~~um, but there, ~~but there is some... Yeah, there is some truth to it. There is some truth to it. ~~I mean, there's~~ no scientific study behind it. It's just an example.
MICHELLE: But you know what? Again, ~~um, ~~Vega Austin, she actually like studies the water and she puts artwork or pictures on the water and that influences the water. And just think about how water in our bodies carry so much informa- like really I feel like that might be even the way things are transferred is maybe through structured water.
That's how it holds. Water is a very strong conductor of energy. [00:39:00] So really fascinating. So fascinating.
HARRY: That's good. That's
MICHELLE: Yeah, and the fascia too.
HARRY: based? Whereabouts are you based?
MICHELLE: Oh, Miami Beach, Florida?
HARRY: Oh, cool.
MICHELLE: ~~Yeah,~~ yeah
HARRY: I go to Miami every now and then, so~~ I'll,~~ I'll look you up.
MICHELLE: Oh, you do? Oh, ~~yeah, ~~yeah. Definitely reach out for sure
HARRY: Do you know Dr. Vincent Pedre?
MICHELLE: ~~Um, ~~no. Is that somebody, doctor, how do
HARRY: he's in Miami and he was part of Mindshare and that world, ~~uh, ~~so I thought maybe you'd know him.
MICHELLE: How do you spell his last name?
HARRY: P-E-D-R-E. ~~He, ~~he doesn't-- He has a practice in New York, ~~um,~~ but
MICHELLE: I
HARRY: an apartment down in Miami
MICHELLE: Oh, got it. ~~So, um, ~~so interesting. So I know that also, ~~um, ~~now there's a lot of work on fascia, and I think that acupuncture really works through that and how it holds structured water, and it has a lot more of, ~~um, ~~a vital role than people have realized or, ~~you know, ~~considered in the past. So it's almost like this web.
It's almost like the body's sort of quantum [00:40:00] field communicating with each other in, in between organs and under the skin. So that makes sense why acupuncture would help or even what you guys do
HARRY: Yes, it's like a cry--~~ um, sort of ~~like a liquid crystal, ~~um,~~ network basically. ~~Uh, ~~but when you have-- ~~You know, ~~so water has these different phases and everyone... ~~Well,~~ actually I should never assume everything, but, ~~you know, it,~~ it can be a, it can be a gas, ~~um,~~
MICHELLE: Liquid
HARRY: a liquid, it can be a solid, ~~but,~~ but it can also be structured, which is when it has that hexagonal shape.
When it's in that hexagonal shape, it's very easily able to transfer electrons, and it-it's ~~sort of like ~~a gel. But yeah, all your connective tissue is like a gel. So if you put information in, ~~well, ~~an acupuncture needle is one way of doing that, it'll transfer ~~very, ~~very rapidly
MICHELLE: Fascinating. ~~Um,~~ amazing. So for people listening, ~~uh, ~~these conversations, I just, I can go on forever. I ~~really,~~ really enjoy these kind of conversations, [00:41:00] and I hope,
HARRY: Can I say one
more thing?
MICHELLE: ~~Yeah,~~ yeah
HARRY: ~~Um, ~~so there's a movie coming out of, ~~um, ~~basically all the research and ~~the,~~ the whole story, et cetera. ~~Um,~~ and it explains these concepts in a much more lucid way ~~than I,~~ than I
MICHELLE: Oh, nice
HARRY: it today. ~~Um, ~~but it's called "Beyond Medicine," ~~um, ~~and I think it's-- the website's beyondmedicine.movie.
~~Uh,~~ and that, ~~that would be, ~~that would be a great way to ~~sort of ~~be introduced to what we're talking about
MICHELLE: Nice. I love that. I, so this is what I'm hoping, ~~you know,~~ obviously with any platform, I think it's really important to underscore these things and really platform this information, because I think that the more people hear about it, the more it becomes more normal, and it should become more normal. ~~Like, it's~~ something that I feel like should be used and available for so many people out there just to know that...
Because I think that people hit walls on the limitations really of,~~ uh, ~~resources that they have, and I think [00:42:00] part of that is really the paradigm of how we're looking at the body. So these conversations, I think, are essential, ~~you know, ~~for growth and for us to be able to heal things that-- Like you, you went through the same thing.
~~I mean, ~~you went through a lot ~~of, um,~~ blocks. You couldn't understand what was going on. You went to doctors. Nobody can really diagnose you for many years, and even with that, there wasn't a lot you can do until you figured out, "Hey, maybe I'm looking at it wrong. Maybe I'm not looking at it in the full picture."
So that's why I think these kind of conversations are incredibly powerful.
HARRY: ~~Sure, ~~sure. Look good
MICHELLE: ~~So, uh,~~ so for people listening, ~~um, well, ~~thank you ~~for, ~~for sharing that resource of beyondmedicine.movie, right? And then if people wanna find out more about you and everything that you're offering, how can they find you?
HARRY: ~~Um, ~~that might be the best method, hon-honestly. ~~I mean, ~~our web-- the company website is [00:43:00] e4l.com, which is in my background there. ~~Um,~~ the-- I'm on... I think I'm on Instagram. I am on it. Am I? Yeah. It's Har-Harry Massey official. ~~Um,~~ and ~~I do, ~~I do have a podcast. It's called Master Your Energy by Harry Massey. But... And then we have a website which, yeah, harrymassey.com.
But as-- pro-probably the two best ways is just the moo- beyondmedicine.moody and e4l.com. ~~Um-~~
MICHELLE: Amazing. ~~Well, ~~thank you so much, Harry, for coming on
HARRY: Thank you. ~~Thank you. Perfect. Back to AI for me ~~
